Joshua, a Pacific Northwest native, has a wealth of experience in the real estate appraisal industry. After working at multiple appraisal companies and graduating from Western Oregon University, he decided to launch his own business, Value Source NW. With his skills and knowledge, Joshua is certified in both Oregon and Washington. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his loved ones, watching sports, and traveling.

Ashlee attended Eastern Oregon University where she received her Bachelor of Science Business Leadership and Management. Ashlee enjoys working for Value Source NW because of the tight-knit relationships between team members which translates into a positive and enjoyable work environment. In her free time, Ashlee enjoys being a mom and wife, exploring the PNW with her family, and acting as an amateur vegan chef.

Aaron, who was born and raised in Camas, Washington, latched on to the entrepreneurial spirit after graduating from Western Washington University where he quickly became a real estate agent. However, looking to further his knowledge in the industry, Aaron joined the Value Source NW team to underscore his real estate arsenal. In his free time, Aaron can be found doing the simple things, such as fishing, gardening, tending to his chickens, and playing games with his friends. Aaron is Certified in both Oregon and Washington.
Natalie, Born in Portland, OR, has always had an interest in the world of business and real estate, having worked 10+ years in sales and business development. Natalie, who graduated from Western Oregon University with a degree in Business, recently began pursuing her ultimate goal of having both a career as well as a family. Ultimately, she ended up at Value Source NW, where she could immerse herself in the world of real estate culture while still be both a mother and a wife. With the little free time she does have, Natalie enjoys camping and keeping up on her fitness.

James is a product of Portland, Oregon, and currently resides in the Happy Valley area. James received his Masters in Business Communication from Arizona State University and joined the Value Source NW team with a goal to leave his comfort zone within the entertainment and media industry and to explore a career with more exciting long-term opportunities. A natural creator, James loves to both write and cook in his free time, and is currently exploring publishing options for his first novel, My Dreams Belong to Dad.
Matt spent his early years in the Bay Area before moving to the high desert of Reno, NV where he got his Bachelors and Masters degrees in education. After leaving the teaching profession, he set his sights on real estate when appraising answered the call. He has since moved to the Puget Sound and is currently living in Seattle. In his free time, he likes to cook, woodwork, and explore the Puget Sound area.

Ryan Nall

Born and raised a "mountain man" of Sandy, OR, Ryan attended Central Catholic High School and eventually earned a degree in Communications from Oregon State University in 2018. Ryan was also an accomplished football player during his time at Oregon State, earning multiple accolades and eventually signing on with the Chicago Bears as a free agent. After six-years in the NFL, Ryan retired to focus on starting a family in Happy Valley, OR. Ryan, who spent some time as a real estate agent, pivoted to the appraisal scene and is excited to learn more about what the residential appraisal world has in store.
